Seriously, I was not cut out for “off the cuff” speeches. This message can get you the perfect pre-party buzz before you hit the NYE scene tonight. Just take a drink of your preferred alcoholic beverage every time I say “um.” 😉 You’ll either be pleasantly buzzed (for the more experienced drinkers) or totally smashed (for the lightweights like me).
